Bugfix maybe?

Ever since the assassin's update, I've noticed that some character are bugged. Like how you can't see ekko's Q, his time remnant teleports around the map at times or usually wen he was last seen there, you can't tell where u will ult to because ur time remnant isn't shown, evelynn camoflauge at lvl 1 doesnt make ur character camoflauge even though she is, and many more bugs. frame per sec seems to b off as well when my frames are absolutely fine.
