This is probably not too relevant since Poppy is about to be updated, but if Quinn uses blinding assault and Poppy uses her Q empowered auto while debuffed it will do absolutely nothing.
Very easy to replicate and seems extremely consistent. Unsure if other empowered autos are also victims of this particular bug.

Zombiemaster2 votesExcept Quinn's Blinding Assault doesn't actually "blind" in that way anymore, at least not champions. It only reduces vision, like Graves' Smokescreen, so auto attacks should still go through.
Kyattsu1 votesTested other champions like Jax and Nasus with empowered autos and it seems it only affects Poppys Q. Also Poppy can Q Graves while in his smokescreen, but sadly no damage to Quinn while she's "blinded" <<
