[CAMEPLAY] Yasuo freezes game after loading screen

I recently started playing Yasuo again but every time I load into the game after the loading screen with that character splash screen, the game freezes up completely. I have reproduced this issue multiple times and at least 2 times in an actual game. Once the game freezes it is impossible to do anything within the game and then I have to end task in task manager. After this I try to reconnect and the game wont allow me until I restart all League of Legend tasks client included. Please note I have played against a Yasuo with no problems but this seems to only happen if he is on my screen after the game loads. Has anyone else had this problem and is Riot aware of this, is this only present with a select few people as no one on my team crashed when I did. I have run a repair since and my game is still crashing.
