[CLIENT] - blurry numbers

Lots of other people have been having this problem since the new HUD came out and the new patches haven't fixed it. Title says it all. Main issue is blurry numbers in game (ping, KDA, stacks, stats, CD timers). Summoner names that show when pressing tab are also blurry. Does anyone have a fix for it yet?

Changing the resolution and graphic settings doesn't fix it.
