Game crashing randomly

Anyone know how to fix? I keep everything updated. I close out all proograms that could possibly mess it it. I've reinstalled 8 times. did the fix in the menu. Still occurs. Literally screws up all of my games and makes the game unplayable. And even when it does reconnect im 4 levels behind and completely useless afterwards. Legit considering never playing again.
