Spectator Client-crash bug

So I was spectating some friends' games, and then went to play a game with them. The lobby was weird, only one of my two friends appeared on my client, and he was missing his summoner icon. Then, once in champ select, there was a button that said, "Quit Spectating", even though I was supposed to be playing. THEN, I clicked the button, and this (the screenshot) is what appeared for about a minute, until I clicked "Initiate Full Repair". I think I received a dodge penalty for this...is there any way it could be repealed? Or at least not show up in my account's AFK records?
