With the new client riot disable item set . For me its total useless cause it was à good think for took the right item on your champ ,and don't Take a lot of time for search a item on the store I home riot you wll read it and Try to make it again or dont hide it (if its hide)

They weren't planning on adding it to the new client, but recently announced they've changed their minds, largely due to feedback from people who really wanted to keep it. They're planning to implement it on the new client, though their main focus right now will be client stability and other major features, before they move on to 'nice to have' features, like item sets.
