[GAMEPLAY] Jhin W Mark (Deadly Flourish Passive) appearing forever on enemies

On Jhin, there is currently a bug where enemies that are marked by allies end up having the eternel visual effect of his W (Deadly Flourish Passive) even if the enemy is not actually marked.

I have not tested this in particular details, but the bug has happened multiple times to me in different games. I have been using Jhin's High Noon skin everytime. The bug is quite difficult to identify easily as it can happen off screen and I would just notice on the next fight.
