[Client] No longer POPS UP when your turn to pick/ban

I used to safely be able to alt tab during champion select; knowing that when my turn came to pick/ban, the client would pop up in front of anything I was doing (even full screen apps). This is no longer the case, the LoL icon will only glow orange to tell me when my queue has dropped due to my inactivity...

First: it's a good idea to be present for the entire champ select. Gives you time to analyze the enemy picks and plan accordingly

Second: it does happen, most times, and is currently a bug when it doesn't that they are working on fixing.
