Essence Reaver Passive does not Trigger when you have Triforce/Sheen

Hello all!

So, I was trying out a new build with Jax, and when casting his ultimate, it seems to not trigger Essence Reaver's Essence Flare passive when you have a Sheen/Triforce proc that is also active.

So, for instance:

You have Sheen/Triforce + Essence Reaver in your inventory. You press R to activate Jax's ultimate. The Sheen/Triforce hit will proc, but it will not proc Essence Flare. The only way to proc Essence Flare would be to use another ability (Q, W, E), hit 1 auto to proc Sheen/Triforce, then while the Sheen/Triforce is on its 1.5 s Cooldown, press R to activate ultimate, then proc Essence Flare.

Let me know if anyone else is getting different outcomes, but I've tested it with other champions, like Camille and Lucian and I got the same outcome.
