New Summoner's Rift [Azir vs. Dragon]

So I noticed one game as we were low hp and went to kill dragon that Azir's soldiers were causing the dragon to try and aggro them, but being that they are invincible he just sat there facing the soldiers and never transferred his aggression to me and my allied champions nearby.
