[CLIENT] Bilgewater (Act 1/X?) - No Progression/Decision Reset

I am attempting to do the Bilgewater event progression (Act 1 - late start), however I'm not receiving credit for any of my matches.

I am doing the Butcher's Bridge ARAM as instructed, but the progress never updates after 2 minutes (or any amount of time).

Further, when I logged back in this morning, my decision to take the Twisted Fate path had been completely reset (i.e. I had to choose between Graves and TF again).

Any thoughts/suggestions?
