couple of months ago and until 5.16 I had a bug where I disconnect at the fountain just a few seconds after starting the game, then I can't connect again, this bug made me stop playing ofc, then in 5.17 i tried playing and the bug was gone, tonight after the update it happened again, now I can't play.. I'm not sure what was changed in 5.18 but it screwed up my game.

Same happened to me. i tried win 8.1 and win 7 still the same bug. Followed all troubleshooting steps still no progress. Reinstall the game and still not working. The game sometimes works for few games then it goes back to disconnecting. I tried two different ISP tedata and vodafone still same bug.
This Disconnect is known to happening to players from Egypt on random occasions and it persists though: Reconnect, Re-log, PC Restart, Router/Modem Restart, Change IP Address, Game Uninstall-Reinstall, Windows Format-Reinstall, occurs on all Windows versions (Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7) and on different ISP carriers (Te-Data, Vodafone) none of the above will fix this recurring disconnect once it starts to occur. After some time it will stop happening on its own, but not fast enough to avoid AFK Ban for 5 game 20 min... -__- and there is no way to know before starting match if you going to get disconnect most of the time match goes fine and no disconnects at all, but on random occasion this will happen and player will end up with ban.
The CAUSE of this Disconnects is tied to Egypt's Geographic Location and hence forth only way to "fix" it its to change Geographic Location, but since players can't move to different country from Egypt just to play this game there is a gimmicky solution to "Change" Geographic Location while remaining in Egypt though VPN Programs (for Example Cyber Ghost, its free and there are other VPN programs) since they change users Geographic Location player CAN CONNECT!!!
However since this method will change player's Geographic Location by Rerouting it to go though other country first it result in increasing distance of player to game server and so forth also sadly increasing ping as well (Ping is increased from distance between player's PC and Game Server(note that EUNE and EUW servers are located in Amsterdam, Norway), for Egypt player average ping in this game is 80-120ms), so selecting country in VPN program that is far from Egypt will increase ping even more (rerouting through USA will result in ping 500-700ms) so it better to try to reroute though country that is between Egypt and Amsterdam (preferably closer to Egypt), also bear in mind that different countries have different quality of internet (for example in Egypt average internet is 1-2 Mbps and in some countries its 50 Mbps or even more) so try to re route though country with "best internet".
However even in best case scenario ping is still increased (130-150ms) when using VPN program and so quality of game play is lesser so this is hardly a solution but still it will at very least help player to avoid ban 20 min for 5 games. It's better to use VPN program only when disconnects start to occur and play without it when game has no disconnects to have better ping.
