I cant buy sth in the LoL Shop

After the 5,10 patch i can not buy sth in the shop i can enter the shop but when i klick on ''buy'' nothing happens. I cant buy runes,champions and rp. When i klick on buying rp nothing happens.... I repaired LoL but its still the bugg. Can someone help me?

i also cant buy runes or champs from the shop i think its a prob with the patch
