[CLIENT] Champion Select Mastery/Rune Selection

When I view another Summoner's Masteries and/or Runes and jump into a game without first viewing my own Masteries and/or Runes, the drop down selection visually replicates the Masteries and/or Runes of the Summoner I was viewing in Champion Select. I noticed this when I was finalizing my Mastery/Rune selection after choosing my champion in Champion Select.

Noticed it the other day as well, not really game-breaking because you just have to select one of the rune/mastery pages and then yours appears (I believe that was my fix) and then yours reappear.
