Can't transfer from NA to EU West

I've been attempting since yesterday to do this but it doesn't work. Everytime I purchase the transfer to EU west thing it tells me its transferring my account and may take a minute or two. Then it says my accounts been transferred and to click that restart button to login to the destination region and that's it. I try it doesn't work, I try logging back into NA my account is still there and it doesn't take my RP. I can't tell what the issue is because at the same time I transferred my other account from EUNE to EU West and it worked perfectly but for some reason transferring my other account in NA to EU West doesn't work. Please help somebody.
