GAMEPLAY Would not allow a remake when a member of my team was AFK for the first 5 min without FB

During this game my team and I attempted to remake the game as our fiora was afk for the first 5 minutes. We used /remake and we only got an error saying /remake is unavailable. We did not get first blood in the first 5 minutes intentionally so that we could remake the game. We could have easily gained kills within the first 5 minutes however we chose not to so we could remake however it would not work. Throughout the game our fiora would connect and disconnect and because of the fact that fiora was so far behind when ever she went into lane she performed poorly and we lost the game considerably. If we had not had an afk or a remake was allowed then I honestly believe we could have won the game. I attempted to remake multiple times and it came up with the same error each time. Please help
