[Client] Ban & Lock In buttons in champ select go grey & leave me unable to confirm my ban or champ

Three times today now I've gone into a lobby and, I'm not sure what triggers it, my "Ban" or, depending on the phase, "Lock In" button will become greyed out and I'm unable to click it to confirm my ban on time or lock in my pick before the timer runs out. I've forcibly dodged three games now and gotten LeaverBuster dodge timers because the client is literally not letting me ban or lock in.

Please lord Rito, fix your client. This is ridiculous. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
