Cant redeem Dreadknight Garen skin

It seems like I cant redeem my Garen Dreadknight skin. Im trying for like third day now.

The notice says: "There was a problem fulfilling your store items, please try again. If this problem persists please contact us at support.riotgames.com".

Other promo codes, like Alistar and Tristana works just fine. Can you please, help me with this?

Just submit a ticket to Riot Support and include "Dreadknight Garen" in both the subject and description of the ticket (and tell them you need it / the code isn't working, etc.). Most of the time, the Blitzcrank Bot will be able to detect this and automatically apply the skin to your account, but on the off chance it doesn't, Rito will apply it to your account when they answer the ticket.
