It seems like I cant redeem my Garen Dreadknight skin. Im trying for like third day now.
The notice says: "There was a problem fulfilling your store items, please try again. If this problem persists please contact us at support.riotgames.com".
Other promo codes, like Alistar and Tristana works just fine. Can you please, help me with this?

Final Spark Lux1 votesJust submit a ticket to Riot Support and include "Dreadknight Garen" in both the subject and description of the ticket (and tell them you need it / the code isn't working, etc.). Most of the time, the Blitzcrank Bot will be able to detect this and automatically apply the skin to your account, but on the off chance it doesn't, Rito will apply it to your account when they answer the ticket.

Final Spark Lux1 votesI believe when I tested this, I set these drop-down menus to the following (and fill the others out to make them specific to you):
"Choose a request type": I'm having technical issues.
"Where are you experiencing your issue?": Store (eg. Session Expired, unable to purchase)
"What type of technical issue are you experiencing?": Bug Report - Something isn't working as intended. (eg. Ashe's Volley shoots only 8 arrows instead of 9 arrows.)
Regardless of what you actually pick, I believe the bot scans all tickets for key words or phrases. Worst case scenario, you wait a little bit for Riot to manually put the skin on your account. Either way, youll end up with it.
