Can't use phantom dancer in summoner's rift anymore
Played intro with a friend and found phantom dancer greyed out saying I was unable to use. Is this a bug from the update? I was able to use it fine before.

There is an alert in client and on the website that says phantom dancer has been disabled due to an in game bug. Or do you just not pay attention to anything?
