issues after champ select pls helpppp!!!!!

hi i havn't played since 1 week cuz of this sick problem. and i lost lot of LP cuz i tought that i will fix next game now i have bann in 5 games in 20 min pls help me. when i go to champ select i can select my champ Everything goes well but when the game wanna start i gets an error that says (unable to connect to the server.please check your network Connection and attempt to reconnect to your game) pls what can i do help me.
