[CLIENT] Blackscreen Background on Loading Screen

On Starting a game after todays patch a blackscreen background appears in loading screen. No Champions-Pics or background is visible for a few seconds. Also happened to 3 premates. Inly visible thing is the font of Summoner-Name, Ping and loading percentage.
