tahm kench and devourer

hi. so i like to play any champ i can with devourer to see the effects, and consistently, ive been seeing that the second auto from melees was procing twice immidiately, until i got to tahm kench. the add ons of his passive stacks have a delay that mess me up on spell timings. when i hit twice, i try to w, but instead eat a minion because the second stack didnt proc, and i end up losing the battle badly so if that could be fixed, thatd be nice
