Client freezes! major issue!

This is a recent bug since the release of 6.5. Randomly the client will Freeze. I can type messages to my teamates but that is about it. Enter, the keys on the keyboard, enter and escape are all that works. I can't use abilities and my mouse doesn't work. So even if I do use Escape I cannot click anything nothing works and I cant move my character around. I have to Alt-tab out, then Close program and restart the client! which you can imagine with this toxic community gets me flammed and reported so often that I will be penalized soon. anyone else with this issue?
