Losing Ranked Points because of Client Bug

Randomly in some games I play ranked, the client bugs and literally makes my screen blank with the background of league but I can't see anything else. Therefor e when my time comes to pick or ban. I can't tell because there is nothing there. And because of that I get a wait timer and lose ranked points. Please someone do something about this, I've lost over 50 points because of this.
