Problems with rune pages

I often change runes on the fly to tailor to what champion I am playing at the time. I've found an annoying bug that makes switching runes on time a little ( a lot) annoying. When I select the rune I want to change, and then select the run I want to change it to, the rune page then instead changes the OTHER rune, and switches places with the rune I wanted to change, instead of changing the rune I had selected. So it replaces the rune I had wanted to keep, and keeps the rune I wanted to get rid of, and I have to keep doing this over and over until I run out of time, or I finally get the stupid thing to work
