[Gameplay] Xin Zhao W (Active: Attack Speed Buff, Passive: Self Heal)

I've been playing Xin off and on since patch 4.20 and noticed that his W was occasionally being unresponsive. My combo is typically: AA, W, AA, Q (reset AA), AA but often after this sequence, I notice that my W was never turned on. I don't have issues with my keyboard, I've never had trouble with any other champions W not working. Sometimes I will catch when W doesn't go off (there's no animation or sounds from the ability) and I'll press it until it goes off, (usually just once but sometimes more than once).

tl;dr: Ability works fine, but doesn't always activate on key press (might have an interaction with his Q).
