My friend list is gone

I logged out and logged back in and got my friend list back however it shows everyone as offline. I have a buddy who never logs out so its doubtful that everyone is actually offline, but at least the list is still there.

YOU HAVE TO CHANGE SERVERS ON THE LOGIN SCREEN AND CHANGE BACK AGAIN TO YOUR MAIN ! I TRIED IT AND IT WORKED!

I'm pretty sure they fixed it. I relogged 10 minutes ago and nothing happened but I relogged just now and everything is up and running again. Clubs are still broken, however.

I had this happen on my EUW account awhile back after I logged in after a year or two. Sucks.
