CAN'T USE/BIND ALT+W IN THE GAME

It seems that the client just ignores to the alt+w combination. Is anyone responsible for this?

When I upgraded to Windows 10, I found that when I was playing Kayle, Nami, I cannot use alt+w to quickly self cast the spell.

I tried to remove the game and reinstall, but it didn't work. However, my roommate's windows 7 works just fine.

Besides, I can bind the self-cast spell 2 to alt+2, alt+e, or any other combination else, but only alt+w doesn't work, and I cannot rebind to alt+w after change.

I tried to add this configuration to input.ini in Config directory, but it doesn't work either.
