Vel'koz E bug
Hello Riot and Summoners!
I started playing Vel'koz since the map vu and I've noticed something different about him since the release of his new skin (Arclight) which I own and have had issues with.
- Sometimes Vel'koz's second part of E won't proc passive NOR will it do the dmg. I've noticed this with both champions and minions. The E will continue the animation below them, but won't do anything else.
- E's hit box is slightly off (width wise). In lane, sometimes I get a minion half on the edge of my E, but no dmg would be done. Visually, it looks like the it would hit, but it doesn't.
- I don't think this is bug, but I also notice that Velkoz's spells are a bit more difficult to use one after another. For example, if I land an E and automatically press W afterwards, the E won't activate unless I E then W a bit after wards. I can't just E and quickly W as easily. I have used different keyboards as well.
Please let me know if any other Vel'koz players are experiencing any other issues! (Besides the obvious two classical skins in champion select)
