The system does not work. After waiting the five minutes that you are supposed to wait, the timer just resets and you are in an endless five minute waiting period. I am not complaining about the system at all. I am simply asking that if this system is to exist, it should work right.
It took me 3 hours to get a game 2 nights ago last night gave up after 80 minutes like I'm glad this is a thing right less afk's etc but if u dc two times you get placed in here i would rather be banned for a day not even a question id rather be banned a week i don't know if ill ever even get out of this i don't have 3 hours to wait to join a game and an hour to play thats just not how life is riot if it says 5 min then after the 5 let me play is that such a drastic concept
This has also happened to me I cant even play anymore pls fix this I have waited for 30 minutes and it still resets

Here is the step Follow it: 1:Open http://get.adobe.com/air/ with you broswer.. 2:Down the Newest Adobe Air 3:Install It.. 4:Open Folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0 (if you are on Win7 X64) If you are on 32bit system Open C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0 Right Click Adobe AIR.dll Choose Copy 5:Open Folder X:\ Where Is Your LOL Located \RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.119\deploy\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0 Paste Adobe AIR.dll Here Just Override it.. 6:Do the same Thing to other Four Files (in the SubDirectory \Resources) Adobe AIR.vch AdobeCP15.dll NPSWF32.dll WebKit.dll 7:Enjoy Your Game If you are still have the timer reset Problem Just Submit a Ticket to Riot Support... -Zhangzhezh

It still doesn't work, I got a 10 minute timer, I waited for an hour and it still doesn't work.
Rito for real! fix this i have a 10 min low priority Queue and it resets everytime i can't even play - RITO PLS >:(
I fixed it for myself by just staying on the LoLClient instead of going to a different window
