Ranked LP

Hi, not sure if riot has intentionally put me in elo hell or what. But the past 4 ranked wins I have I have not recieved any LP so it shows i still have 0 LP for my rank. I've logged in and out all that, my friends have looked it says the same thing for them, but i have won. This happening to anyone else? anyone found a fix? I have sent in a ticket to riot but all I like to do is play ranked and I feel like efforts are wasted if I play.
