LeaveBuster Bug

I just recently wrote about a 15 minute ban in the help/support section. The ban has expired so i try to Q up again. I wait 4 minutes and cancel it. No game pop up came up to accept it. I restart the process and its 30 minutes now. Lost 10 lp now.... I did NOT accept the game due to it never popping up so, therefore, it shouldn't of put me in a lobby. I was never returned to a home screen saying i failed to join the match. Nothing came up at all except the afk ban and a loss of LP. Is anyone else expeirencing this? Ive restarted my client 3 times now.
