Is the Store broken

Hi for the last week or two I have been unable to use the store. Was thinking it might of been something to do with the out of date IE as I am running XP. It happens on my NA and OCE account. I can go to the store homepage but when I click on a tab it says session expired and takes me back to the homepage.
