Is the Store broken

Hi for the last week or two I have been unable to use the store. Was thinking it might of been something to do with the out of date IE as I am running XP. It happens on my NA and OCE account. I can go to the store homepage but when I click on a tab it says session expired and takes me back to the homepage.

Dont reds read these dam forums cant even be bothered to say hey not sure what the problem is or it may be the IE problem
