games aren't registering in my match history and i didn't get my lp or ip

so i played 2 games, one ranked and and an adam. after i finished i checked my match history and the games weren't there and i realized that i didn't get lp or ip for both of those games. I'm really want some answers to this, so please if you can help me and tell me what to do. thank you :)
