Azir Ult Bugged

Currently under the new rework Azir's ult doesn't function as described. Per the description, Azir's ult is supposed to stop all dashes while traveling forward and after stopping it should function as walls do. As of the patch 7.24, his ultimate still does not correctly stop dashes as it should. There are numerous instances of champions going right through the wall even as it is moving forward. Examples of this are including but not limited to Shyvanas Ult, WW Ult, Reksai Ult, and flash. The ability to "outplay" with the ult is greatly hampered by this bug and were it fixed, I believe Azir would be exactly where the devs intended him to be.
