Sion Q & R Broken

I just started playing Sion because I got the free skin (thanks LoL) and I really enjoy playing him now.

Twice now, when I've played; towards the end of the game my Ult and my Q keys aren't working. What I have noticed is the W and E keys do work. I have also noticed when I die and press the Q and R keys it says "you cannot do this ability right now" ( or something like that).

All the keys were working fine at the beginning of the game. Please fix! I have too much rage at end game to enjoy this char without its ult! :D

i just experienced the same problem. except mine happened towards the beginning. at first i thought it was my keyboard but no it was the game. i clicked on the icon to see if i can at least use my ult or q without clicking them on a keyboard and it just got bright and then faded (the icon)
