[CLIENT] Button bug

For some reason the 3 buttons in the bottom right of my client the chat, friends list, and notification all are un-clickable and flashing. So I cannot access any of those features. Also there are multiple buttons in my summoner profile that are also un-clickable. I cannot click on the champions tab or the runes tab. Those buttons are not constantly flashing like the 3 in the bottom right but I still cant access them either.
