[Gameplay] Vi's ultimate with Zed's shadow PLEASE READ

Now you are probably thinking hahaha you Pleb it makes total sense and I agree, but let me go into more detail. Zed's shadow is a great dash for escaping and it hugely outplays a lot of abilities I understand that and love that about him, but this is where i draw the line[punny?(vi's ult shows a line to her target)]. Now i understand if my ult has me catch up to him and he shadows away from me that would be all she wrote cause my ultimate finished and did what it was suppose to do. What happened though(just got done with a game and I knew i had to report this because it upseted me and It seemed really important) was that I used my ultimate on zed and while I was on my way to meet him he shadowed away before i got him while my ultimate was still targetting him. Instead of continuing my merry one way trip i stopped at his shadow but i still had my ult line on him. This made zero sense to me because all he did was just create more space for me to travel and you cant stop a vi ult no way no how(right?). Anyho I really hope this is a bug because it would make zed OP against Vi cause his shadow is up more than her long ultimate cooldown. Now if Zed waited until after my ult connected with him to shadow then I would be like ooooooh dang son you outplayed me, but i promise you that is not what happened. Also my ult line was still attached to him but i stopped travelling and could walk. I wish i had some tool to take a picture or a video with it but it happened late in the game and like i said her ult is so long that replicating it wasnt going to happen that match. I only hope that ya'll take time to read this and experiment with it cause I promise it did happen. Cheers have a wonderful easter and aprils fools day!
