Azir bug with soldiers and silences

When silenced as Azir with soldiers up you cannot move, and your soldiers do no damage and your basic attacks are registered instead.

Steps to reproduce: 1- Place soldier down on top of you and your target 2- Get hit with silence 3- Attempt to move

Not only will you be unable to move, your soldiers will use their attack animation and so will Azir, but only your basic attacks will do damage. I have not been able to test it very much, as it only happened in game for me and no one is on to help me test this, so sorry if there isn't much information. In my game it was with Garen and 2 soldiers up, we were both inside of both of my soldiers attack ranges.
