[Gameplay] Zilean Ultimate Bug

When using Zilean's Ultimate, Chronoshift, it hasn't been restoring champions with the correct amount of HP after Revival. When My friends and I were in game, we kept noticing how they would be revived with less than 500 HP which is impossible. We also narrowed it out to "What if the enemy hit them as soon as they Revived?" Well that wasn't the case either, when we had aced them and I used Chronoshift on my Ally that was about to die to dragon, they revived with only 600HP (At rank 3 Chronoshift, which again is impossible.)

Step-by-Step: Just activate the Ultimate, there were no specifications on how it was done. It just happened after Revival.

The Percentage of this happening, was 60% (10 attempts).
