TFT: Frozen Debuff lingers after round

Frozen debuff wasn't removed from 4 champions when I entered the next planning phase. It also wasn't removed when I entered the game. You can see that the attack speed from Kassadin is reduced, so it's not just a visual bug. I do not know whether this was from a Frozen Heart or a Glacial Fist.
