Illaoi tentacle slap indicator didn't show

I got hit by Illaoi's e and had tentacles spawning and slapping me as they do, one hit from a tentacle and I die so it was in my best interest to dodge both. There were currently 2 spawned and both tried slapping me but there was no visible indicator for where they were going to hit and I continued to be double slapped with no warning. To be clear, when the first tentacle spawned, I saw it's indicator when it tried slapping me, but not when there were 2

re-create: idk how else to re-create other than get hit by Illaoi e and wait for tentacles to slap down.
