Her E stuns when she has more health than other champion. My Quinn had 1650 health and was stunned by Irelia E when Irelia had 2600 health. Please check up on this.

SlenderDefender51 votesIt is based upon the percent health not total. So a lv 1 500/500 health kindred will be stunned by a 4999/5000 health irelia due to percentage.
