Nunu Bug

While playing as Nunu i can use his ult but i cant stop the channel early like you are suppose to. Iv had this problem since sometime in season 4. Iv tried to find a setting in options but have been unable to fix the issue. The really weird thing is that its not just for pressing "R" but even the spell icon on the hud.
