I can't play

Hey! So about two or three hours ago i got in an ARAM match and after like 3 mins into the game i got the trying to reconnect thing at the top of my screen, I said no problem, i ll quit the game and just reconnect later,WELLLL I tried to reconnect and got a message that said my internet has a problem,even though my internet was fine, i couldn t reconnect,and i tried multiple times. Now, after a few hours,when i open league i get a black screen,the same message again,and if i quit i get the reconnect button and it says that i am still in a game,and the match time starts from zero,and i m absolutely sure that the match is over. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
