I Can't Claim my skin shard from twitch prime

I am not able to claim my skin shard through twitch prime. If I hit claim it just goes into an infinite loading loop, my riot account and amazon prime account are both linked. Does anyone know whats going on and if i can fix it? I used to claim it with a different account so I don't know if that's an issue or not. Please help.
