Forced to Dodge losing a promotional game.

I was in queue with my friend as seen from the photo. The enemy team had Jinx hovered and 5 seconds left. All of a sudden my game went back to lobby so I figured someone had dodged. I try and start the queue again and it said I had a wait timer. I now have an undeserved loss because of this bug. This is my first time seeing this buy I have heard a lot about it. I don't think this is fair to myself or anyone experiencing this. There must be something that can be done?
