[Gameplay] Jhin Ulti Bug

's is messed up. It shoots in a direction out of his cone sometimes if you click quick enough before the cone comes out.

1. Open up your ulti and quickly press r with your mouse pointing the direction you want to shoot.
2. Jhin's shot comes out before he goes into position.
