riots plz be fair

when i was in game my client closed and i tried to re connect but when i reconnecting back loading screen closed and i was in home page? then i went to see my match history then i see last match was not there . so i thought it was a bug and i close my client and re open it then u guis say this.?i know u guis ban some people acc because they toxic or wt ever reason .but look at this u guis punish me 4 ur own falt .because u guis cant fix that problem we want to pay? is this fair?[sg-lux-2]
